Temuulen NPC Knowledge says the perch he was making is finally finished. Deliver the finished perch to Riley at the Charcoal Workshop in Erethea's Belt.

Now I have to deliver the finished perch,

and I can't leave my place.
Do you mind delivering this perch for me?
Oh deliver it to the charcoal workshop next to the village,
to Charbonneau's daughter, Riley.
