Heungbu NPC Knowledge claims that Nolbu is a responsible person, and if you don't believe him, advises you to visit Nolbu's house and ask him about his inheritance. Let's go to Nolbu.

That would make sense, as the servants in my brother's house
take care of all his domestic affairs, including providing meals.
I also visited his house once, to ask if I could do anything for him,
but my sister-in-law told me to leave at once and even hit me with a laddle.
I guess she couldn't see her husband's only brother go through any troubles.
They all have their reasons.
I didn't want to see my brother and his wife go through any more pain,
so I decided not to visit ever again.
