The Entry Process, Elion's Blessing

Objective

Isobelle tells you that to meet her schedule she will move on to the Delphe Forward Base of Operations and asks that you follow her there after your entry process to Calpheon has been completed. For the first step of the entry process, go to a priest they call Christopher Varkaant NPC Knowledge and receive Elion's Blessing NPC Item Skill.

Inside the castle, you will find the priest, Christopher Varkaant NPC Knowledge.
This must be your first time entering Calpheon territory, right?
Then you have go to the priest immediately,
so that you can be blessed by the Elion Church or something?
Once your entry has been approved, we are to head to Delphe Outpost so don't forget.
It's a war zone there just like it is here.
I guess the people there must be
longing for our supplies by now.
..Well then, I should just hurry up and leave now.
What's that? There's no way I'd wait for you.
