Povios NPC Knowledge tells you of scouting reports regarding the existence of a secret insider that has successfully infiltrated the Al Rundi Rebels. He asks you to find him and dispose of him. Find Randal, the soldier in disguise, dispose of him and collect his Name Tag.

Our informant told us of a soldier on Bobby Lauren NPC Knowledge and Hervano Tito NPC Knowledge's side
who has successfully gone undercover among the rebels.
Although he doesn't know of our contact with Al Rhundi NPC Knowledge,
it would be best if we dealt with him as soon as possible.
His name is Randal.
