Get a Dried Mudskipper by drying and bring it to Abelin.
※ Process - Drying
1. Open Processing (Manufacture)
2. Select Drying
3. Select the Mudskipper by pressing Alt Attack.
4. Start Drying
(※ Note: Drying cannot be done while it is raining)

Dry the Mudskipper to make a Dried Mudskipper;
