[Event] The Basics of Fishing Boat Construction: Birch Plywood

Objective
Wharf Manager Srulk says fishing boats are made of Birch Plywood Knowledge Item, which is a sturdy enough material, but one should still always be careful when out on the ocean. According to him, there is an elixir that helps you breathe underwater. Obtain an Elixir of Seal Knowledge Item and try using it.
※ You need Knowledge Chopping: Beginner to make Birch Plywood. Bring up the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge [Guide] to find out how to obtain the knowledge. (Gathering Apprentice 4 required)
※ Find Birch Trees nearby and use the lumbering axe to obtain Birch Timber required to make Birch Plywood.
1. Open the Processing window ({StringTableBind(KeyBind:Manufacture}), select chopping, chop Birch Timber → Birch Plank Knowledge Item
2. Open the Processing window ({StringTableBind(KeyBind:Manufacture}), select chopping, chop Birch Plank → Birch Plywood
※ You can make the Elixir of Seal by performing alchemy using the following material or you can purchase it from the Central Market.
※ You need the green grade Elixir of Seal to complete the quest.
1. Birch Sap(1) + Wolf Blood(4) + Purified Water Knowledge Item(5) + Dwarf Mushroom NPC Knowledge Item(3)
2. Install an alchemy tool NPC Item at your residence and perform alchemy.
