Objective

The old journal from the library is a record of the discoveries made by a traveler who ended up on an undiscovered island. The journal had descriptions of wounds that match those of the injured sailor. Startled by this, Arteedman said he will get ready to head to Velia right away. Go to Velia to help Arteedman uncover the truth.

I can't believe it!
The descriptions in the journal are consistent with what the injured sailor said,
and it even describes wounds similar to his.
If what this journal says is true, there is something hidden underneath the Balenos Sea.
The mysterious creatures from the journal that walks on two feet... what could they be?
The only mysterious creatures of the ocean I know of is Vell, the Heart of the Ocean, and its Lopters.
I must sail to Velia to find out more.
If you own a boat you could sail there with me.
It'll be a long journey from then onwards so if you have other business to attend to, you can join me on a later date.
