Objective

Remi Tara said it is too dangerous to cross the desert without food and water and that you should always have ample water prepared if you're going on the pilgrimage.

The pilgrimage is going to be a long and difficult journey.
You will need to be well prepared for it.
Most importantly, if you don't prepare some drinking water,
you will found yourself in much peril rather quickly.
Firstly, go to the material vendor and get some empty bottles.
If you fill up the bottles with the river water and filter it,
you will get Purified Water, which can be used to treat heatstroke.
Add Star Anise to Purified Water via Simple Cooking to make Star Anise Tea.
