Investigating Rumors

Objective

Igor Bartali heard rumors about a bizarre creature that was spotted in the nearby coast. He is concerned that the creature may be a threat to Velia and asked you to head to the Balenos Islands to gather any information about the bizarre creature. He suggested that you to start by going to Izaak at the nearby Luivano Island.
Talk to Izaak on Luivano Island and ask if he noticed anything unusual recently.

There recently have been rumors of a bizarre creature appearing near the coast of Velia.
As the chief of this village, I cannot ignore such rumors.
However, there is no one who can to go to the nearby islands and investigate the rumors for me.
I can't go myself either...
If you don't mind, can you visit the Balenos Islands in my stead?
The closest island from here is Luivano Island so you could start there...
