Objective
Jemkas Wyrmsbane NPC Knowledge says that he'll grant you the right to obtain the Northern Heidel Gothic Fountain if you do your research on the Ecology of Serendia.

we were required to wash our hands at the Lion's Reach Fountain.

but also to reaffirm our pledge to defend the peace of Serendia.
...Although once Calpheon conquered Serendia,
the ritual would soon be lost to the annals of history...
That very fountain was made here in Northern Heidel.
