Rubin the herald of Calpheon says thanks to the increase in adventurers, he wishes he could conjure up another copy of himself due to how busy things have become.
He requests you to listen and gather rumors and information in his stead by talking to different people throughout Calpheon.

I've been gathering information from people of each district for some time now.
I gather their rumors, check if their sound, and would inform accordingly.
Yet recently, there's too many people in Calpheon.
Look around you. As you may have noticed, Calpheon is too wide and complex!
Ever since the Kalis Parliament divided up the districts, it's gotten worse.
Also, even if I could conjure up a copy of myself, I'd still be busy.
Could you by chance wander about here and there in Calpheon
and gather the latest news from the people?
That sound like an entertaining task for an adventurer like you?
