Neruda Shen NPC Knowledge of Altinova said there are many refugees from Abun near the Abandoned Iron Mine and asked you to visit. Meet Kesir Baum NPC Knowledge, who manages trade in Abun and is also a member of the Shen Merchant Guild.

Because of that, the number of refugees to Altinova has increased.
We can't take in any more refugees.
