This Otter has an opinion on everything when it comes to fishing. Another Otter called Rolan has been named the Lake Flondor Fisher. The Otter asks you to catch a Stumpy Bullhead Knowledge Item, and help bring Rolan down a peg. Fish a Stumpy Bullhead and tell Rolan that the Otter caught it.
