Objective

The Giant has transferred power from the pieces of Slate into the parchment. He tells you that in order to finalize the process, you will need to get Bautt's enchantment. Go to the Ancient Fissure and talk to the Dwarven Chief, Ain Greid.

I've transferred all the power from the Slate pieces into
this bundle of parchment.
The last thing you need to do is take it to the
Ancient Fissure and have Bautt's enchantment imbued upon it.
Bautt's enchantment ensures that the transferred power
remains sealed within the parchment for as long as possible.
This can only be done by the Ancient Dwarves.
Head south to the Ancient Fissure and speak to Ain Greid, Chief of the Dwarves.
He would be able to complete the talismans you seek.
