To help it regain its strength, catch a Mudskipper Knowledge Item, Sandfish Knowledge Item, Rock Hind Knowledge Item, Mackerel Knowledge Item, Trout, Beltfish Knowledge Item, Sandeel Knowledge Item, Sea Eel Knowledge Item, or Herring Knowledge Item and bring one to Palong.
