※ Interact with the sign next to the Shellfolk Soldier near the Velia Storage Keeper to be guided to the Sea Palace NPC Knowledge.
※ If you do not receive the Sea Palace knowledge upon arrival, talk to <Shellfolk Captain> Durong NPC Knowledge.
Investigate the sign by the Sea Palace NPC Knowledge soldiers at Velia;Follow the guide to the Sea Palace and obtain its knowledge (Refer to the quest summary if you haven't learned the Sea Palace knowledge);
