Objective

The stingy Otter says the mouthy Papus talk all day and are hurting his ears. Go to the guided location, sock it to 10 Papus, then return to the Otter.

※ You can obtain Otter Transformation Scrolls by talking to the Queekity Thumpity Moon Villager NPC Knowledge at Terrmian Beach.
※ The losing camp in the "Thousand Year War - Sand Castle Shore-Down" will appear at the Sand Castle Crasher.
Sock it to the mouthy Papus x10;
