Tiny Nose NPC Knowledge? Well isn't that just the cutest name. Oh, he's an Imp?
Well, if it's on Captain Cliff's recommendation, you wont get any objection from me.
If he finds it difficult to adjust to life on the farm,
he can always find some work in Velia.
You're on your way to Velia, you say?
It's a nice little town. If you head down a little ways from here,
you'll see a village along a beautiful coastline. Can't miss it.
That's the town of Velia, governed by Chief Igor Bartali NPC Knowledge.
The Imp, Tiny Nose, was it? I'll send for him right away. And if you're off to Velia,
go meet my good friend, Hans. He's usually hanging around the town entrance.
