After arriving at Delphe Outpost, Povios NPC Knowledge said the relationship between Xian Merchant's Isobelle and Delphe Outpost's Elgriffin NPC Knowledge isn't good and wants you to secretly help improve their relationship. Eliminate the Harpy at the ridge and return to Elgriffin.
