Ridley said that in order to make a deal with Shakatu NPC Knowledge, you will need to approach him with something valuable he desires. A relic from the past may be just the thing, but it was recently stolen by Wandering Rogues. Go to Highland Junction and track the stolen item.

So, how do we attract Shakatu NPC Knowledge's attention...?
Hmm, there may be a way.
I know of an item that Shakatu might be interested in acquiring.
It is a small chest with the royal emblem engraved on it,
containing the royal seal. Traditionally it was handed down
from one Mediahn ruler to the next, and although it is now just a relic,
it symbolizes the magnificence that once belonged to the Kingdom of Mediah.
It is extremely valuable.
I fear this is where things become somewhat complicated...
You see, the wagon transporting the chest and other royal treasures
was recently ambushed by Wandering Rogues.
If you could go to the Highland Junction and find out what happened,
perhaps we can retrieve the chest.
I will go back to Lord Shen to let him know about this.
