※ If you lose the Iridescent Tide Shell, talk to Binnapsi, the General Goods Vendor of Sarma Outpost, to receive another one.

Return to Sarma Outpost and speak to Paruo;Give the Iridescent Tide Shell to Paruo and receive the letter;
