I'm confident that this island is valuable.
Don't you want to make a deal with me? This is a treasure island!
There's a rare herb that grows on this island,
but you can't see it. Why?
Because it takes years for it to grow!
However, there's a way to make the herb grow faster!
Make a deal with me and I'll tell you the special something we need to make the herb grow faster.
Only I can make the herb grow faster of course.
Once it's fully grown, we'll share the profits.
So, what do you think? If you're too busy now, come back anytime!
I'll always be here waiting to make the deal.
Go to Albresser Island if you don't trust me.
There's an special type of ore there, and you'll want to come back to me once you learn about it.
I'm sure by then, you will want to make a deal with me.
