Swayed by the Curse of the Ancient Civilization
Unidentified Spirit
Objective
Falasi explained that what's written on the letter doesn't come as a surprise. He added that it seems to be highly related to the rumors about a curse from the ancients placed on the seas near Epheria. Find the guard at Epheria Sentry Post and the retired marine to search for more clues.

Dialogue
What do you suppose the letter is referring to?
Strange things happen there, and I think it might be connected to what was written in the letter.
Have you heard of a curse placed by the ancients on the seas of Epheria?
I don't think Padix Island is worth investigating,
as Lavine NPC Knowledge was unable to find anything there.
I think more clues can be found at Daton Island,
but first you'll have a better understanding of the situation
when you listen to the locals speak of the curse yourself.
There were those who have personally experienced the curse you can go to talk to,
a guard at the Epheria Sentry Post and a retired marine.
They're usually not talkative though,
unless you mention something that interests them.
