We have signed a legitimate contract with the tribespeople here.
You won't be able to avoid armed conflict
if you enter without permission.
Oh, or are you the transport officer in charge of the prisoner convoy?
The Calpheonian soldiers dropped off someone
and told us to make sure that she doesn't escape.
They said it was under the lord of Heidel's orders.
We were told to wait for a transport officer who would give us the details.
