Objective

The Black Spirit said you should take the cerulean crystal you obtained by defeating the Goldmont Pirate Ship and return to Goddess' Stained Goblet while pretending you're working for Goblin.

※ If you lose the Cerulean Crystal, go to the NPC in front of the suspicious pirate union to receive another one.

Take the cerulean crystal to Goddess' Stained Goblet;Listen to the suspicious crowd;Listen to the crowd talk about Vell and Khan;
