Objective

Ulan at the Dragon Museum in Eilton is amused by how interested you seem to be in the museum. He says that he'll give you a gift you'll like if you do him a favor. Do Ulan a favor and receive the gift.

※ Garmoth's Scales can be obtained according to a set probability when defeating monsters at Tshira Ruins and the Blood Wolf Settlement. Can also be purchased from the Central Market.
