Objective

Ulan at the Dragon Museum in Eilton says not only are there many D.A.S. members residing in Eilton, but there also are many of them living all around the Mountain of Eternal Winter. Find Caspara NPC Knowledge and hand over fifty Oxiterr Crystals to Caspara who is a D.A.S. member.

※ This quest is available only once per Family.
※ Complete the quests listed in Quest List window > Recurring Quest > [Lv. 60] Mountain of Eternal Winter Contribution to get Oxiterr Crystals.
Deliver Oxiterr Crystal x50 to Caspara at the Shrine of Silent Prayers;

Go to Caspara, the priestess at the Shrine of Silent Prayers,
who is also clearly a proud D.A.S. member.
She never technically agreed to join,
but we still made her an honorary member! Haha!
Think about it. She surely must have offered the most prayers
to the Dragons at the Mountain of Eternal Winter than anyone else!
I would pray every day at the shrine if I lived nearby...
