Lavala welcomed you to the Crow's Nest and the Hall of Heroes, but said that all visitors must have their portrait taken.

※ After taking a portrait, speak to the Black Spirit to receive the portrait, then hand it over to Lavala.

that I hope will occur during your stay at Crow's Nest.
But before we may begin our tour,
there is a matter of import we must discuss.
We have a long standing tradition here at Crow's Nest.
A security measure, if you like. An exclusive rule.
So that we might never forget the visage of valued patrons
who have sailed the turbulent seas to visit this faraway island,
we ask that our they permit us a portrait.

The second item we must discuss is the matter of conflict,
should it ever arise during your time at Crow's Nest.
Know that here there is neither judgment nor discrimination.
All are equal before the sacred trade.
However, we have many patrons visit from all corners of the world,
many who share pre-existing nationalistic enmities.
They often have the potential to surface here,
so we ask all patrons of the Crow's to follow some simple rules.
Be you Valencian or Calpheonian,
or sisters of the divided forest,
none are permitted to bring conflict to this place. And should an incident arise...
We shall not intervene.
We shall simply watch and wait for the arrival of the Misty Breeze Guards
and Kansha, who will administer the Crow's judgment swiftly and sternly.
If you do not wish to have your wings and beak clipped by Kansha,
I suggest you keep the peace.
