Objective

Seilane NPC Knowledge recommended Resurrection Elixir Knowledge Item as your first alchemy project. First, get a Bottle of River Water.

1. Go to a swamp or riverside near Glish.
2. Fill an Empty Bottle from your Inventory with River Water.
3. Get 1 Bottle of River Water.
4. Bring the Bottle of River Water to Seilane.

It's the easiest to produce,
and it's super helpful for your adventure.
In order to make Resurrection Elixir, first you have to make
Clear Liquid Reagent Knowledge Item, which functions as a Catalyst.
It will need purified water Knowledge Item,
so can you fill up the bottle I gave you with River Water?
Seilane Dialogue (Alt)
Water from the Demi River flows into Glish Swamp.
Even that would be fine. Hurry!
