In the case of Clear Liquid Reagent, you can substitute
Weeds for Wild Grass.

Villager Dialogue (Alt)

You can get Weeds by gathering Wild Herb
without a Hoe. It's a good method depending on the situation.
You can try Bush or Thicket instead of Wild Herb,
but I don't recommend it.
