Seilane NPC Knowledge tells you to make Clear Liquid Reagent Knowledge Item, one of the Catalysts in alchemy, using Wild Grass, Salt, Sunrise Herb NPC Knowledge Item and Purified Water Knowledge Item.

1. Buy an Alchemy Tool NPC Item from Seilane.
2. Put the Alchemy Tool in your Residence.
3. Make Clear Liquid Reagent with the ingredients.
4. Clear Liquid Reagent ingredients: 1 Salt, 1 Sunrise Herb, 1 Wild Grass, 1 Purified Water.

※ You can only practice alchemy by using the Alchemy Tool in your residence.
