Bacho Ladericcio NPC Knowledge tells you to examine the secret order of the Shadow Knights if you seek to learn more about the Star's End when it was previously known as the Temple of Opportunity.

After the ritual to summon Kzarka at Calpheon Shrine failed
because of Enslar NPC Knowledge, the remnants of the faction
vowed to reconvene for another day of summoning.
And so, they fled to Star's End.
Ah yes, prior to the Blackstar's descent,
they called it the Temple of Opportunity.

who worked with the fraternity.

But due to the dense fog that covered the temple,
no one was sure who was occupying it before them.
Then, after the failed summoning, they arrived to find
the fog had cleared, unlike their initial investigations.
As if someone or something had been waiting for their arrival.
And so, the survivors settled down in the temple.
