Objective

To behold the true form of the Blackstar, the Eye of Desolation is required and must be sacrificed at the altar. Do as the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge says.

※ Refer to the "Caphras's Journal NPC Knowledge Item" knowledge to craft the Eye of Desolation.
※ If you lose the Eye of Anguish, you can obtain another one from Laura Einel of the Ash Forest.
※ If you have more than 30 quests in progress, you cannot summon the Incarnation of Corruption NPC Knowledge Item.
