From here, there is Rhutum District to the East of here,
and Saunil District to the South of here.
But it appears that Rhutum District and Saunil District
are quite different in many ways.
I mean, they are run totally differently
based on the nature of Rhutums and Saunils.
If we can somehow use these Rhutums and Saunils,
who form the great majority around here,
I think there might be a chance that
we don't need to do all these hard labors..
But the problem is that I cannot work on my plan
under their strict surveillance.
So you, Adventurer, you need to help me.
First, go to Rhutum District and
Saunil District to see if what I said is true, and spy on their movements.
