There must be some Chief Shamans among Rhutums.
Saunils lost their Guards, the lower-class ones,
why not make Rhutums lose their upper-class Chief Shamans?
This will surely turn into a big fight, don't you think?

Kill Rhutum Chief Shamans and take one of ther Staffs
and place it in a suitable spot.
Of course, you should be careful not to get caught by the barbarians.
If they find out who you are, this whole plan will be foiled.
