So this is what happened.
Just a few minutes ago, some barbarians walking down here
were bumping each other's shoulders and ended up fighting.
Of course, they are not
going to a full-scale war or something,
but what happened just now clearly shows
that they were holding grudges against each other, right?
Showing such unstable yet hostile emotions in front of the laborers
could mean that the situation could be even more serious among them.

I don't dislike Horio Tinya's intelligence or his discretion.
Rather, he is an admirable one.
And there are many who look up to him.
But he is just way too cautious.
If we put faith in Horio Tinya and do nothing,
everyone will wind up old or dead here!
